CertaPro Painters of Rockford, IL and Janesville, WI is seeking to hire an energetic, competitive and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. This customer-facing representative will meet with our clients to educate, estimate, and present solutions for interior and exterior painting projects - specializing in beautifying homes. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and classroom and on-the-job training are provided. We focus on improving the lives of our clients, employees and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow a calendar and maintain an accurate schedule
- Provide professional presentations to clients
- Present proposals to clients on the spot
- Complete accurate estimates that are detailed and well written
- Respond to customers in a timely fashion
- Execute callbacks and maintain a database of current estimates
- Run some nights and weekend appointments during the busy season (April-July)
- Drive responsibly throughout Janesville, WI to Rockford, IL
QUALIFICATIONS
- History of accomplishments and promotion
- 2+ Years Sales Experience in the Painting Industry Highly Recommended
- Ability to persued others
- A disciplined individual who can maintain tight processes throughout the busy season.
- Energitic personallity that enjoys meeting new people
- An optimistic and positive presence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a goal oriented individual
- Ability to take constructive feedback
- Ability to measure structures and perform simple mathematical equations
- Computer literate and able to use our proprietary estimating software

Salary: $70,000 – 84,900 per year
