Candidates with CBRF training is required. CBRF certification and training Includes:
Villa St. Francis is subject to certain governmental recordkeeping and reporting requirements for the administration of civil rights laws and regulations. Responsibilities
- Document and communicate resident concerns and changes in their condition to the nurse on duty
- Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) cares for residents in a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) to include: dressing and undressing/setting out clothes; bathing; grooming and hygiene/toileting, depends, etc.; wake up calls; making or opening a bed; changing and washing bed linens when needed; light housekeeping; transportation to meals within building; assistance in dining room as needed
- The RCA position is responsible for safeguarding each resident’s right to privacy, confidentiality, and human dignity
Candidates with CBRF training is required. CBRF certification and training Includes:
- Standard precautions
- First aid and choking
- Fire safety
- Medication administration.
- Resident rights, challenging behaviors, client group specific
