Wilhoit Properties, Inc. is hiring for a Resident Services Coordinator.
Experience in property management and government aid programs is preferred, but not required. Applicants should possess good oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills as well as knowledge in computer literacy.
Necessary Skills:
- Knowledge of service programs and educational methods.
- Ability to plan and manage programs, events, and outings.
- Ability to help residents complete and submit applicatons for various aid programs.
- Help the apartment leasing office with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Comply with all Fair Housing laws, practices, and regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to identify problems, organizational needs, and opportunities for change. Participate in the change proactively.
Desired Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property management, preferred
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Bilingual
