Job Description
We are currently seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to join our property management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their experience living in our properties is positive.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and assist them with inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Coordinate and organize resident events to foster a sense of community.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that the property is well-maintained and meets company standards.
- Collaborate with property management to develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain an up-to-date resident database, including contact information and rental agreements.
- Assist residents with move-in and move-out processes, including conducting move-in inspections and ensuring that security deposits are returned in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive relationship with local community organizations to promote the property and company.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
