Your Role: As a Resident Relations Manager, you will play a vital role in our Marina property's success. Your responsibilities will include:

• In coordination with the Project Coordinator, manage and distribute resident communications and notifications related to construction and renovation activities.
• Responsible for resolving any project-related issues or conflicts with residents.
• Implement and maintain a clear and concise communication plan with the on-site team on all renovation related activities.
• Assist in planning and conducting resident meetings via video conference or in-person to disseminate renovation related information.
• Present a professional, efficient attitude in remedying any resident complaint to ensure resident satisfaction while working within company guidelines.
• Ensures that renovation guest suites are in move in condition and coordinate resident transfer into guest suites.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum three years property management experience or related customer service experience preferably in a management position.
• Highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, etc.).
• Excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.
• Computerized accounting experience.
• Yardi, ARM or CAM courses.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating a welcoming community environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents and team members.
