We are looking for a Resident Project Representative (RPR) for our Greensboro, NC office to execute exciting and challenging aviation projects.
The Resident Project Representative will work alongside project teams and under the direction of a local senior team to perform the following tasks:
Construction work planning and coordination
Construction administration process planning and development
Full time on-site inspection services
Task lead on various client tasks covering a wide range of construction management subjects
Communication between Contractor, Owner, Design and Construction Administration teams
Review and understanding of specifications and drawings
Review of project submittals and confirmation of what is being installed in the field
Review of Contractor pay applications and confirmation of quantities being installed
Use of strong communication and interpersonal skills, working in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple deadlines
Detailed record keeping
Health and safety leadership, driving ownership of health & safety in all aspects of project execution, office and personal environments
The ideal candidate should possess the following knowledge and skills:
Passion for aviation
5 years of experience in field construction oversight, preferably in aviation
Pavement construction management experience
Familiarity with FAA paving specifications P-501, P-401, P-403, P-209, P-152, etc.
Familiarity with airfield lighting and signage installation
Ability to obtain airport security credentials
Valid North Carolina driver's license
