service, you will be responsible for enhancing all aspects of our Resident Experience. Through event planning,
community marketing, and resident interactions - you will have the opportunity to be a valuable key player on one of

In this role you'll need to be skilled at delivering remarkable service and offering a high-level of support for all of our
residents. As the Resident Experience Ambassador, your skills of how well you find solutions and play as a team -
will make or break your success. You'll be practicing Modern Stewardship daily. You get to be creative and social,
while being polished and professional. You'll be the face of who we are, the heartbeat of how we care, and the
symbol of our promise to our residents.
What could a typical day look like?

• "On your feet to greet" our residents, vendors, visitors, and future residents
• Carry a smile, be joyful, and embody what it means to feel like you've arrived - "Welcome Home!"
• Host "New Resident Socials" to get them excited to participate in our upcoming events, plus introduce our
• concierge-level service, our abundant amenities, and all that makes us special
• Plan, organize, attend, and promote community events - from photo shoots to wine tasting and more
• Own soliciting event approvals and tracking resident participation
• Create and develop our resident communication platform (events, news, and community updates)
• Coordinate all marketing collateral and promotional materials for our community
• Collaborate with our Regional Marketing Manager and manage our community's social media
• Collaborate with our Regional Marketing Manager and other key contributors to create mini-films
• Collaborate with your Community Director to create a budget for resident-experience expenditures
• Collaborate with your Community Director to track all resident-experience expenditures
• Be available and approachable to listen to resident's concerns
• Practice care, compassion, attention to detail, and listen from your heart
• Take ownership and elevate resident concerns, if necessary, to the appropriate people who can help
• Be solution-focused: Be fearless, yet respectful when addressing issues
• Address all resident concerns on-time and go the extra mile to follow-up twice
• Be intentional about building both resident satisfaction and resident loyalty
• Innovate and look for new ways to enhance or improve our overall Resident Experience

Salary Description
$23-$26/Hourly
