Resident Care Director - RN/LPN
HealthCare Support is actively seeking aResident Care Director - RN/LPNto fill an opening with aassisted and memory care facility in the Prescott, AZ area.
Daily Responsibilities forResident Care Director - RN/LPN:

• Manage the Resident Services Department comprehensively to deliver high-quality care and services to residents.
• Act as a bridge between residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers concerning healthcare matters.
• Perform hands-on care procedures within the permissible scope of practice according to state law and in adherence to company policies.
• Uphold and implement the philosophy, objectives, and standards of the Resident Services department to ensure top-notch care for all residents.
• Ensure that Resident Care addresses their personal, physical, and cognitive needs, while also maximizing capacities, identity, independence, choice, and opportunities for social interaction.

Required Qualifications forResident Care Director - RN/LPN:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. RN/LPN/LVN
• Must have experience working ALF or LTC setting.
• Three years of experience in a position with management and leadership responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of and ability to apply Geriatric Nursing principles.
• Familiarity with pertinent State Regulations.

Pay Details: $80k - $99k/yr depending on experience
