Our Care team start on the floor learning our residents, their likes and dislikes and the ins and outs of their day to day life. As you become comfortable in the community and with the residents we encourage our team to grown into higher positions including, RCC's, Nurses, Admin and other opportunities.
Responsibilities for these position Include:
- Supporting the HWD and managing the health services team
- Oversight and schedule development
- Training of staff and new associates
- Audits of Med carts and ordering of medications
- Communicating with Families and Medical Providers
- Supporting in Call offs and covering shifts
- Helping to create a positive environment where staff want to work!
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
