We are seeking a Resident Care Assistant to join our team at our location in Camp Hill, PA. The ideal candidate will be a team player, flexible, and customer service oriented.
Available Shifts:
- 3p-11p (part time or full time)
- 11p-7a (part time or full time)
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with medication administration
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Document Resident Care and behavior
- Communicate with healthcare professionals and family members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer service oriented
