Resident Care Aide/ Med Tech

Job Title: Resident Care Aide/Med Tech

- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication (if not trained, we will train you)
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Support individuals in participating in social activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience as a Resident Care Aide
- Experience or interest in working with the elderly
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Note: This position may require additional qualifications or certifications specific to the home
