Resident Assistant - Ra (Part-Time Weekends)

Hearthside Senior Living, a retirement community with assisted living licensure, is currently looking to hire Part-time and PRN Resident Assistants (Must be available to work every weekend). Available Shifts: Weekends Only -- 6a to 2p and overnights 10p to 6a

Skills:

Trained in required topics

Physical Strength and dexterity

Ability to walk/stand for long periods throughout the shift

Duties:

Promote the well being and functional independence of each resident by assisting with activities of daily living, including meal service.

Assist the residents in maintaining a clean and tidy living environment.

Assist the residents by observing and reporting any change in behavior and/or physical function to nursing.

Assist with bathing and grooming of the residents.

Practice safety by adhering to all procedures, including infection control

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.53 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Healthcare setting:

• Assisted living facility

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
