As a Resident Assistant you would help facilitate resident activities and adhere to all standards as outlined in the CBRF training course. You would also provide resident care, provides medication assistance keeps CBRF apartment clean and orderly You would also promote teamwork and harmony among co-workers.
- Assist clients to look and feel their best every day, through your personal care skills, and build meaningful relationships with our residents through daily interactions.
- Help build rapport with our residents and clients
- We also provide opportunities for growth and advancement in your career goals through our training programs!
We have openings on the following shifts, full and part time:
1st shift: 6 am – 2 pm
2nd shift: 2 pm – 10 pm
3rd shift: 10 pm – 6 am
Our Resident Assistants will also work E/O weekend, and rotating holidays.
We offer shift differentials, weekend differentials, and a sign on bonus of up to $4,000!
Requirements:
- Must have 3 of the 4 CBRF certifications, preferred all 4 certifications.
- Must adhere to DHS 83 guidelines for training.
