Thrive Girls Residence is residential group home for teen girls in foster care. We are currently hiring compassionate employees that can work with high acuity in behaviors within the population of teen girls in the placement. Qualified employees must pass a thorough background check including KBI, and FBI fingerprinting. They must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent and must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.

Duties of the position may include but are not limited to, day to day communication of the residents' behavior, attitude, hygiene, food consumption and general health. Passing of medications and documentation of the distribution. Assist with meal preparations, and daily household chores of clients. Transport clients to and from activities, Re-direct negative behavior and guide them to make better choices. Help them to understand the consequences of their actions. Verbal communication, written communication with other staff, social workers and administration are must. Assist each client in meeting individual goals that may include peer relations, school and education, drug and alcohol treatment,

Looking to hire second and third shift employees for both weekday and weekend shifts as well as PRN staff. Both full and part time positions available. Background checks may take up to two weeks to complete and initial employment cannot start until after background checks are complete.
