AddressResponsible for meeting education goals and objectives for year 1 (internship) residency program as defined within specialty requirements. Actively participates in the care of patients and progressively assumes greater responsibility as the program advances. Acquires knowledge and special skills of the specific discipline. Adheres to quality and safety standards in the delivery of patient care services. Supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanentes Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting noncompliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licensing requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanentes policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Complete goals and objectives for the first-year residency program, to include participating actively with patient care and increased responsibilities commensurate with increased training and knowledge.
