Job Description
- MUST be able to work any day of the week (including weekends + holidays) and any shift time from 7am-11pm
- Oversee the daily operations within the Reservations Department
- Supervise Reservation Agents
- Responsible for training new employees
- Responsible for maintaining Jefferson Hotel Standards within the department
- Assist with incoming reservation calls, email requests and processing of website reservations
- Resolve guest complaints
- Cross trained to perform Front Desk Agent duties to assist as needed
- Manage arrivals and ensure all special requests are handled efficiently
- Monitor all interfacing systems and report issues to IT Manager
- Process Travel Agent Commissions and OTA Reconciliations
- Group room block reservation input in conjunction with the Events Manager
- Manage group block inventory in conjunction with the Revenue Manager
- Assist with management of on-line rates and room availability in absence of the Revenue Manager
- Responsible for forecasting and sales reporting operations in absence of the Revenue Manager
