Job description
As the reservations sales agent you will be comfortable with incoming and outgoing calls that contribute to the sales growth and profitability of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet all guests according to company standards
- Be respectful/ patient when taking calls
- Effectively listen and identify customer needs to offer the appropriate reservation
- Utilize reservation software to book and confirm reservations accurately
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
Requirements
- Must be able to work evenings up to 11 pm, weekends, and holidays
- Must be prompt and reliable
- Would like someone with sales or customer service experience. If you don't have the experience, we are willing to train the right candidate
