To be the integral part in the guest’s experience when making the choice to visit The Osthoff Resort. This position will be responsible for booking and taking the correct information for a guest’s stay. Focus will also be on providing exemplary service in a manner that supports the AAA Four Diamond brand expectation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for answering the phone and helping the prospective guest make a decision to stay at The Osthoff Resort.
- Clearly and concisely entering information into our reservations management system.
- Having a positive attitude and displaying faith in our product.
- Maintaining clear communication with other departments, to ensure the guests stay goes as planned.
- Sell our ancillary products and services to our guests.
- All other duties as assigned by department Director and/or Executive Team members
Qualifications
Associate must have demonstrated knowledge and skills in website design, website optimization, search engine optimization, pay per click advertising and development and management of social networks
- Strong customer/ guest service skills
- Must be able to multitask while speaking with a customer and entering information into computer system.
- Must possess a positive attitude as a contributor to a diverse work environment
- Must have flexibility in time to meet the business needs of the department and Organization
- Ability to learn quickly and accurately.
Working Conditions
Working conditions vary based on business needs. Work may entail both indoor and outdoor activities, nights, weekends, and holidays, as necessary. Environment can be fast paced, and Associate will need to be able to manage multiple projects at one time and see them from start to finish. Associate will also be expected to help other Osthoff Associates on various projects and initiatives.

Language Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
