Job Duties

Responsible for supporting revenue strategy and reservations departments with managing vacation rental extranets including and not limited to prompt responses to guest inquiries, coordinating pre-arrival communication to guests, processing reservations requests, coordinating updates with corporate distribution and contact center, and supporting revenue strategy department with special projects.

Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
