Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservationist to join our team. As a Reservationist, you will be responsible for handling customer reservations and inquiries, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, 9am-5pm
- Reservations are by phone or online only in a non-public, non-smoking office
- Manage incoming calls and emails to assist customers with reservations, inquiries, and changes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize reservation software to input and update customer information accurately
- Maintain accurate records of payments
Requirements:
- Reliability
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Must be within easy commuting distance to Sedona
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week
