Job Description:
As a Reservation Sales Manager at Mountain Time Vacation Rentals, you will lead the Guest Experience and Owner Relations department. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they inquire about our vacation homes. You'll build relationships with guests and owners through various communication channels and lead funnels, such as phone, text, chat, and in-person meetings. You will be the guiding voice for guests behind their vacation planning and booking process and the primary contact for onboarding new owners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Team Leadership: Work side by side with our Reservation Agents, respond to incoming reservation requests on various OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) platforms, phone inquiries, emails & texts in a timely, positive, and comprehensive manner.
- Lead, inspire, and guide all sales efforts, setting clear sales objectives and offering ongoing support to ensure goals are not just met but exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with the reservations team to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.
- Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute innovative sales strategies to surpass revenue and sales targets, continually optimizing approaches to drive growth.
- Lead Generation Mastery: Develop and oversee lead generation strategies, including impactful marketing campaigns, to identify and engage potential customers effectively.
- Customer Conversion Excellence: Manage the sales pipeline to facilitate the conversion of leads into loyal customers, ensuring meticulous follow-up and nurturing of client relationships.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive sales reports and conduct insightful analysis, providing actionable insights into performance, sales trends, and areas for enhancement.
- Owner Communication: Establish and nurture transparent communication channels with property owners, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain open dialogue to address inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of owner satisfaction.
- Owner Retention & Expansion: Devise and execute strategies to retain existing property owners and explore opportunities to expand the company's property portfolio.
- Guest Services Management: Oversee the entirety of guest services, including front desk operations, to ensure an impeccable and seamless guest experience.
- Team Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor the guest relations team, fostering a culture of outstanding service and professionalism. Conduct ongoing training programs to ensure the team delivers consistent, exceptional service and remains updated on industry trends.
- Issue Resolution & Feedback Collection: Swiftly address guest concerns and complaints, proactively seeking effective solutions to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Implement robust systems for collecting and analyzing guest feedback, driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years recent experience in sales, hospitality, front desk, hotel and/or call centers

Working Conditions and Environment / Physical Demands:

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
