Reservation Agent

Staying at The Hermitage should be a memorable experience, and that experience starts with a call to the Reservations Department. As a Reservations Agent you will be entrusted to ensure our guest's stay will be seamless and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

· Provide information about our Hotel, location, and services.

· Answer incoming guest calls, respond to email requests and assist guests with making room and dining reservations.

• Make reservations following hotel rate structures, discounts, and sell strategies.

Requirements:

· Strong communication and organizationskills

· Strong technical skills

· Personal and engaging

· Prior hotel reservations experience preferred.

• Opera experience preferred

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
