About the Team:

Expert Insights, AlphaSense's expert interview transcript library, is a new and transformative form of market intelligence content. Through transcripts covering thousands of companies, it captures the unfiltered views and insights of business operators in the trenches, interviewed by professional investors who drill into key questions on what's truly important about a company at each moment in time. Expert Insights' library of over 35,000 transcripts is the market's broadest, covering all sectors of the economy, with thousands more published each month. Expert Insights is quickly becoming a table-stakes solution for institutional investors to choose the right companies to invest in while gaining rapid adoption among all other consumers of market intelligence from sell-side research and banking, consultancies, and large corporations.

Research Managers are at the beginning and towards the end of the expert recruiting process. They collaborate across multiple teams and possess a "project manager" mindset. Team members are most successful when they are curious, organized, driven, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

As aResearch Manager, your goal is to use your creativity, research skills, professionalism, interpersonal skills, and experience managing fast turnaround projects to help create an amazing content product for our clients. In addition, we seek someone with the highest level of ethical integrity.

Who You Are:

• Exposure to investment research, expert networks, or transcription library industries is a plus
• Proven ability to manage fast turnaround projects, meet deadlines and targets
• Detail orientation and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Positive energy and strong intellectual curiosity
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated a high bar for your work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to learn new technologies and processes
• Experience working on a fully remote team is a plus

What You'll Do:

• Identify the most relevant types of experts for a given topic or industry
• Create Recruiting Campaigns
• Effectively communicate the topics that will be discussed on a consultation in a concise manner and ensure these are aligned with the expert's background
• Ensure the targets for experts contacted, presented, and interviewed are achieved each day
• Monitor the pipeline of projects to ensure successful completed interviews
• Understand the target company's business and competitive landscape
• Ensure the experts are a compliance and expertise fit for a certain topic/company
• Understand business topics and company ecosystems
• Manage additional tasks as needed all with the goal of recruiting quality experts and connecting them with analysts

Base Compensation Range*: $60,000 - $70,000

Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

• For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
