Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a Requirements Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and verifying requirements for the design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of a modernized BMF (Business Master File) platform. Additionally, you will provide support for day-to-day Operations & Maintenance (O&M) work based on client priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and verify requirements

· Capture detailed system capability and functionality descriptions

· Ensure clear, consistent, and testable requirements are documented

· Develop test plans, test procedures, and completion criteria based on requirements

· Review and harden requirements

· Collaborate with customer representatives to review and refine requirements

· Ensure requirements are robust and aligned with project goals

· Maintain Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM)

· Create and manage RVTM to track requirements throughout the project lifecycle

· Coordinate testing activities

· Work with Test Engineers to align testing priorities with business needs and confirmed requirements

· Support Change Control processes

· Participate in Engineering Review Boards to categorize and manage requirement changes effectively

· Collaborate with project team

· Work closely with software development/configuration, test, and management team members

· Adhere to project schedules and milestones

· Provide regular status updates to management

· Experience with Domain Driven Design

· Familiarity with Event Storming Workshop and its application in software design and development

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

· Strong understanding of requirements management

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Experience in test planning and coordination

· Knowledge of Change Control processes and configuration management

· Strong organizational and project management skills

· Familiarity with Domain Driven Design methodologies is a plus
