REPP Training Clerk
Location: 61 Responder Drive, Anniston, AL 36205

Position Summary:
Potawatomi Training, LLC (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualifiedREPP Training Clerkwho is responsible for for assembling all training materials, administrative supplies and ship to designated training locations to arrive consecutively with scheduled training date. FedEx shipment of printed material is scheduled to arrive on or before the same date.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform quality check on all supply boxes and printed material before shipping
- Prepare REPP admin boxes with requested pens, pencils, highlighters, post-its, name tents etc…
- Print and package all test, Level 1 Assessment Forms, appropriate handouts and maps
- Complete shipping manifest and property control form with barcodes of all CDP laptops/iPads leaving the CDP for training
- Request shipping approval from Assessment Management and send to mailroom for UPS labels
- Attach UPS shipping labels to boxes and ship to training location
- Track all packages to and from training locations
- Cross train with OBP Training Clerk in all areas of OBP
- Works effectively with a team and is respectful of colleagues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures; meets established deadlines
- Demonstrates a commitment to continued professional growth and development
- Accept constructive criticism and is receptive to changes in the work environment
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent required
- Experience with electronic tablets, laptops and printers/copiers
- Perform detailed tasks under time constraints
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lift, turn and carry materials (up to 90 pounds) to support TSP function
- Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule
- Knowledge of CDP training environment and/or curriculum preferred
