Position: Repo Spotter
Responsibilities:
- Identify and locate vehicles or assets slated for repossession based on provided information.
- Utilize databases, technology, and investigative skills to track down assets efficiently.
Surveillance:
- Conduct discreet and lawful surveillance to monitor the target's location and activities.
- Work closely with the repo team to provide real-time updates on the target's status.
Communication:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the repo team, providing timely information and updates.
- Collaborate with law enforcement, if necessary, to ensure a smooth and legal repossession process.
Documentation:
- Document all activities, observations, and communications related to the repossession process.
- Prepare detailed reports for the repo team and management.
Experience:
- Previous experience in repo operations, investigations, or related fields is preferred.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with repossession laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
- Understanding of tracking and surveillance techniques.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey information accurately and professionally.
Technological Proficiency:
- Competence in using tracking systems, databases, and other relevant technology.
- Basic understanding of GPS and other tracking tools.
Attention to Detail:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate identification of assets and tracking information.
Team Collaboration:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a repo team and coordinate efforts with other departments.

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
