Please note, this is a full-time, hybrid role which will require a minimum of two days per week on-site at our headquarters in Westborough. MA. The schedule for this position is M-F, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.


In this role, you’ll also:


In this role, you’ll:

  • Run various reports from multiple prescription benefit managers’ online reporting websites
  • Ensure reinsurance information on reports conforms with reinsurance contract specifications
  • Review all reports for accuracy before sending to internal or external requestor
  • Communicate with co-workers and other internal departments any changes affecting overall client base
  • Extract and analyze output from data mining software tool for clinical reporting
  • Perform various other reporting duties/projects deemed necessary to provide services to clients and/or brokers


The ideal candidate has:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years' related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as a member of the team
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality
