POSITION

Repo Agent/Wrecker Driver

▪ Reports to: Field Operations Manager

▪ Supervises: N/A

▪ Working status: Full time commission based on repossession activities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for field investigations that lead to locating and recovering the collateral and delivering the recovered asset to our closest approved storage facility. Agents are required to meet the attendance schedule and repossession goals as set by and agreed with management. Positions requires computer savvy individual able to operate multiple programs which include, but are not limited to LPR, MV trac, DRN, RDN, ClearPlan, RC-Mobile, etc.

May be engaged in paid and unpaid transport activities. Must be safety conscious, with no driving infractions, no history of drug or alcohol abuse, and clear background check to work with client assets and debtor personal property.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS / PROFILE

• Self-Starter: You will be responsible for running your designated area and mandated hours. If you want to work more you can, the ones who put in the time will reap the rewards. How bad do you want it?
• Clear/Excellent Communication Skills: This is a team driven industry; you will have to be able to communicate with the office and other drivers to make sure you excel in your position. While performing your duties you will meet people from all walks of life, and you will need to be able to communicate with them in a variety of situations.
• Responsive: We get called to act quickly and with short notice you will be expected to act immediately.
• Attentive: You will have to move quick in certain situations and there are a lot of moving parts. You will need to be aware of all variables that could put yourself or the company in a negative situation.
• Professional: You will represent yourself and Baker Recovery with the highest standards. You will be expected to show up on time and in the proper attire. If you are given a vehicle to take home, we expect that vehicle to be clean and ready for a vehicle inspection at any time. You will be held accountable for your actions.
• Honest: Be upfront and honest about anything that may happen during your career here at Baker Recovery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $2,000.00 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Split shift
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work
