Job Title Replenishment Manager No. Positions 1 Location San Antonio
Department Supply Chain Reports to: Director of Outbound Supply Chain
Main Purpose
Responsible for Sales and Operations Planning Process. Direct coordination between Mexico Forecasts and Packing schedules and U. S. Deployment of finished goods. Provides analysis and execution of Sales Forecast model to Sales organization on base and promotion forecasts. Evaluates and revises time-phased projections for demand and supply; sales forecast models; product and portfolio master data; strategic projects; and the OL financial planning report outs. Sales Operations plan is performed at the aggregate level on a weekly basis and involves a 13-week rolling time horizon. Replenishment management of U.S. DC operations for execution of customer orders

Experience

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, CPG/Food Industry Supply Chain preferred.
  • Familiar in leveraging the ERP system
Language English Required Spanish Required
3. Key Job Accountabilities (3-5)
1. Developing/reviewing replenishment plans and Inventory Policies
2. Managing demand plan and forecast development in conjunction with Planning and Sales.
3. Monitor and track replenishment lanes, establishing back-up plans to curb shortages.
4. Determine product requirements by U.S location by SKU to meet regional demand

Analyze and promote sustainable practices associated with their area, improve existing ones if possible, and attend to new proposals associated with sustainability linked to the area, its collaborators or its operations.
