Job description

At WK Kellogg Co, we exist to create joy and connection to inspire Gr-r-reat days. We believe that doing good is always good for business and we have stood for this since Kellogg Company was founded more than 117 years ago. We are passionate about doing our part to make nutritious foods, create social connectivity and respect natural resources. Together, these actions create positive progress for people and the planet – today and for years to come. We have big plans for how we are going to accomplish this, and we would love for you to join us in this effort.

Come join our integrated business planning team as a Replenishment Analyst! In this role, you will manage deployment of finished goods from plant to selling point for assigned locations. You will collaborate with functional partners to achieve case fill, cost and inventory targets. And with your self-starter, go-getter, team-player work ethic, we’re positive you’ll fit right in!

As a part of the great community at WK Kellogg Company’s global headquarters, you will have the opportunity to be involved in much more than your day-to-day responsibilities. Our culture is full of fun, flexibility and teams that play to win! Our purpose is creating better days and a place at the table for everyone through our trusted food brands. Are you ready to leave your footprint (Or, as Tony would say, “pawprint”) with an industry leader?

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Create deployment plans – You will write orders to direct product from plant to satisfy forward demand. You will manage inventory and space constraints while minimizing risk to case fill. You will act as single point of contact for assigned plant’s deployment of product across the network, managing outbound volume to achieve desired space utilization and protect service.
  • Cross-Functional Partner  Work with Supply Planners, DC managers, Sales, Distribution, Transportation and other functional areas to achieve optimal service, cost and inventory balance.
  • Maintain Planning System Parameters – You will work daily within our planning system to manage deployment horizons, transit times, shipping constraints, and inventory constraints. You will perform daily forward risk analysis and root cause analysis to improve case fill. You will redeploy planned and unplanned product.
  • Communication – You will be responsible for providing timely updates and analysis to partners relative to service or cost opportunities. You will provide comprehensive and prompt communication to stakeholders to keep them updated. It’s about teamwork!

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, Supply Chain or other related field required
  • Understanding of the supply/demand planning business drivers, organization structures and key metrics
  • Proficiency working with SAP or similar database application technology
  • Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Access or similar software.
  • Strong communication skills are essential

At WK Kellogg Co, our success depends on our most vital asset — our people. That’s why we’re committed to providing you with benefits and programs that support your Total Health and your journey to be and feel your best — physically, financially, emotionally, and socially. Our benefit offerings include:

  • Healthcare coverage, including vision and dental.
  • Savings and Investments contributions and match
  • Paid Time Off
  • Life and AD&D insurance coverage

Our comprehensive and competitive benefits not only deliver value to you and your family, but also offer choice to meet your unique needs and knowledge to empower confident decision-making.
