Position Summary
Job Description
As a Benefits Setup Representative II, you will be responsible for promoting client intent for new plan implementations as well as changes to existing plans into production. You will need to work with internal partners aligned to the Release Management (RM) Team. The RM Team collaborates with Benefits Relationship Managers, Clinical Advisors, Coders, Delivery Managers, Account Management, Implementations as well as our Testing teams
In order to be successful in this role, you must be able to validate all the coding has moved from pre-production into production and that the client intent is met. You'll have to monitor the client commitment dates, urgent/escalated cases, Production correction cases, Future promotion cases.
This is a full time position. This position is open Monday thru Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM and you must be willing to work 40 hours within this schedule. You should be available for on-call weekend support.
Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional work experience in Claims, Insurance, Testing or a high-production environment.
  • 2+ years of experience with medical insurance, benefits verification, medical billing.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Excel Macros.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of RxClaim knowledge/familiarity
  • 2 years of PBM knowledge and Health Care experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • Candidate must be able to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills; with the ability to solve problems independently and within the scope of the job
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and cross functionally
  • Strong Written and Verbal skills with internal and external partners.
  • Healthcare related certifications and/or licensure.

Education
Bachelors with degree in any major.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $27.90
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
