Responsibilities
- Assist customers at point of rental to explain use and application of rental equipment.
- Explain proper use of equipment for best outcome
- Load and unload equipment from customer vehicles
- Conveying customer experience with counter personnel to constructively make our team better.
- Assist in preparing equipment for Rental, Sales and Service. Checking in and out of all size equipment
- Cleaning rental equipment, and facility including maintaining landscape as needed
- Basic paint preparation and detailing, basic servicing of equipment and pre delivery inspections.
- Work with homeowner equipment (i.e. rototillers) as well as medium and possibly heavy equipment, such as skid steer loaders, scissor lifts, and wheel loaders.

- Qualifications
- Experience operating various construction equipment is preferred but will train willing applicants
- Customer service experience preferred
- Current Class “C” California driver’s license (DMV printout required for driving positions)
- A Winning attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift a minimum of 60lbs regularly
- Understanding of basic mechanics
- Standard Class C California Driver's License
- Ability to work flexible schedules Day time hours Monday through Saturday.
- Communicate written and verbally in the English language
- We provide basic hand tools to perform this task
