Rental Yard Associate

K&K Supply is a family owned & operated tool and equipment rental company located in Fenton, Missouri. Seeking to hire a Full Time- Rental Yard Associate.

Associate is responsible for maintaining the organization of all the rental equipment in the yard and ensuring that all equipment is presentable and in running order. Assisting customers with the loading of and basic operational information necessary for specific piece of equipment being rented.

Duties Include the Following:

•Ensuring all rental equipment is clean and operational

.•Operating a broad range of equipment

.•Providing any necessary general maintenance to Rental equipment as needed. (check oil, filters, grease, etc.)

•Assisting customers with the loading / unloading and securing of Rental equipment.

•Ensure all Rental equipment is operational before the customer leaves

.•Ensures to take a picture of the piece of rental equipment before it leaves the yard with the customer

•Provide customers with proper operational information of equipment as needed.

•Properly testing and thoroughly checking in all equipment upon return for any signs of damage or abuse.

•Filling out all pertinent paperwork including any additional information properly and giving paperwork to the counter in a timely manner.

•Communicating any issues with equipment to the counter, mechanics and management.

•Maintain the organization of all Rental Equipment in the yard

.•Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

•Excellent customer service skills.

•Be physically able to work for extensive periods to include lifting, bending, squatting, crouching and reaching

•Must be physically able to work in extreme weather conditions including heavy rain and/or winds and excessive heat

•Follows all Safety Rules and Regulations

•Proficient with a Computer

•Able to work Overtime and Weekends

•Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol Screening

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Rotating weekends
