Santa Cruz Toyota is seeking a Rental Car Agent who is happy to deliver exceptional customer service. THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION AT 24-32 HOURS PER WEEK
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their rental needs and provide excellent customer service
- Administrative work for insurance claims and email correspondence
- Manage rental reservations and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Answer inquiries, respond to emails, process payments
- Conduct inventory control to ensure availability of rental items
- Assist in processing insurance claims
- Inspect vehicles upon return and prepare for the next customer
Requirements:
- Valid California driver's license
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service oriented and positive attitude
- Can work approximately30 hours per week schedule with set days
- Can work standing and outside
