Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Selection Expert: Assist customers in selecting the perfect rental vehicle, showcasing your knowledge of our diverse fleet and recommending options that meet their needs and preferences.
• Smooth Transactions: Efficiently handle rental transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Be the go-to person for customers, making the process seamless from start to finish.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Navigate challenges with a cool head and a can-do attitude. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly, turning every situation into an opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills.
• Sales Dynamo: Drive additional services and upgrades by presenting customers with exciting options that enhance their travel experience. Your salesmanship will contribute to our success and your commission.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems for reservation and transaction processing.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
