Remote Work Sales Representative

We're seeking a Remote Sales Specialist who is passionate about helping people and possesses excellent communication skills to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you'll work remotely and have the flexibility to create your own schedule. Job Details: 

As a Remote Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for promptly contacting exclusive in-house leads to answer questions and provide information on our products. You'll prepare engaging presentations to deliver necessary information to clients and assist them in applying for appropriate coverage. You'll support clients throughout the underwriting process and follow up on pending business requirements. You'll attend Zoom meetings and conference calls with team members, participate in training and one-on-one mentorship programs aimed at teaching you our step-by-step sales systems, and take part in professional development opportunities such as in-person national conferences and local opportunities when available. This is a 100% commission-based role that can be full-time or part-time depending on your schedule and goals. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Contact exclusive in-house leads to answer questions and provide information on our products 

  • Prepare engaging presentations to deliver necessary information to clients 

  • Assist clients in applying for appropriate coverage and support them throughout the underwriting process 

  • Successfully follow up on pending business requirements 

  • Participate in training and one-on-one mentorship program aimed at teaching you our step-by-step sales systems 

  • Attend Zoom meetings and conference calls with team members 

  • Participate in professional development opportunities such as in-person national conferences & local opportunities when available 

Requirements: 

  • Must currently hold a Life Insurance License in your home state or be willing to obtain one. We're happy to assist in the process if you do not currently have one. 

  • Must have consistent access to a computer with internet access 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • A strong passion for working with and helping others 

  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Self-starters with a growth mindset and integrity 

  • Successful leaders within our company are coachable, willing to learn the system, and can process and apply changes based on feedback 

  • Commitment to ongoing self-improvement
