Job Title: Remote Timeshare Exit Closer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Remote Timeshare Exit Closer with uncapped earning potential. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Timeshare and/or Timeshare Exit industry. As a Timeshare Exit Closer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in exiting their timeshare contracts through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, resulting in a same day sale by phone.

Expectations:

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
• Conducting presentations to timeshare owners to understand their reasons for wanting to exit their contracts, while simultaneously educating clients about the exit process with Timeshare Legal.
• Being a part of a successful sales Team who closes a minimum of 50% as a company standard.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including administrative staff, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of exit plans.

Requirements:

• Previous Timeshare sales experience.
• Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and customer service, preferably in the timeshare or real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a Team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
• Understanding of timeshare ownership structures.
• Ethical conduct and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
