Job Title: Remote Timeshare Exit Closer

Timeshare Legal has been in business for over a decade, canceling half a billion dollars in timeshare debt. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Remote Timeshare Exit Closer with uncapped earning potential. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Timeshare and/or Timeshare Exit industry. As a Timeshare Exit Closer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in exiting their timeshare contracts through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, resulting in a same day sale by phone.
Expectations:
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conducting presentations to timeshare owners to understand their reasons for wanting to exit their contracts, while simultaneously educating clients about the exit process with Timeshare Legal.
- Being a part of a successful sales Team who closes a minimum of 50% as a company standard.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including administrative staff, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of exit plans.
Requirements:
- Previous Timeshare sales experience.
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and customer service, preferably in the timeshare or real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a Team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
- Understanding of timeshare ownership structures.
- Ethical conduct and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
