Job Purpose: The Remote Tenant Screener gathers, analyzes, and presents tenant rental applications for our unique home-buying program. This role is crucial in ensuring the viability and success of our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review client applications thoroughly.

- Follow up with clients for additional information as necessary.

- Evaluate and summarize past landlord references.

- Conduct income calculations based on pay stubs, self-employment or bank statements, and tax returns.

- Present summarized application information in a clear and concise manner.

**Required Qualifications:**

- Experience in loan underwriting, property management, tenant screening, or real estate investing.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.

Working Conditions:

- This is a temporary, as-needed, remote position, offering flexibility in hours.

- Potential to transition to full-time based on performance and company needs.

Compensation:

- $25 to $50 per completed application.

- Estimated 6 applications per week (ranging from 1 to 10 applications).

- Weekly compensation ranging from $150 to $300, with potential for higher earnings based on efficiency and accuracy.
