Remote Tax Manager

JL Recruitment Group is partnering with an Accounting/Financial Consulting company who is looking to add an experienced Tax Manager to their team.

Review and prepare Corporate, Partnership, Trust, and Individual tax returns as well as the corresponding workpapers that support those tax returns. The Tax Manager will also provide technical input on tax and accounting issues, research tax solutions, provide training to less experienced staff, and nurture client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in accounting from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of preparing and reviewing complex 1040s, 1065s, and 1120-S tax returns
• A drive to manage client relationships and the ability to discuss basic tax issues with clients
• CPA certification

This position is looking to hire and move as fast as the candidate is able to. They want to have someone in place within the next month or two.
