Remote Senior Living Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with the goal of understanding their unique needs and guiding them towards suitable Senior Living solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our services.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales quotas through effective communication, active listening, and the ability to tailor solutions to individual client needs.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to families, ensuring they are well-informed about available Senior Living options.
• Utilize our CRM system to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of making 30+ outbound calls per day.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Previous experience in a Senior Living or healthcare sales role is highly desirable.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
