Remote Sales Representative

Our Remote Sales Representative is a work from home positon and is a great opportunity to demonstrate your relationship management and sales skills. This role focuses on selling marketing services sales of Small-to-Medium Sized Businesses. The chosen candidate will have a proven record of sales success and understand sales goals and quotas.

Compensation: This is a 100% commission position with uncapped commissions. You'll have all the leads and resources to realistically make over $100k in commission.

What You’ll Do:

• Build meaningful, lasting relationships to make Young Success Marketing the preferred marketing company for small businesses
• Build value through a presentation
• Some warm leads will be offered. However, some cold calling is required
• Sell marketing and advertising sales
• Collaborate with our cross- functional teams, including operations and marketing.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in sales or account management (or similar role)
• Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication
• Ability to clearly frame a value proposition and ask the right questions to be able to overcome objections to gain commitment from your clients (partners)
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get in the weeds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with using a CRM and Google Sheets/Excel
• Proven track record of helping clients effectively grow their business by discovering opportunities and addressing challenges
• Experience with ZOOM and completing presentations
• Experience crafting processes and solving problems at scale
• Analytical skills - ability to segment large data sets and turn them into actionable results to drive critical metrics through Excel/Google Suite and CRM

Pay: $62,840.00 - $72,399.00 per year
