We are looking for outgoing sales and operations all-stars to fuel the growth of our platform. This role takes creative problem solving, detail orientation, interpersonal ability to manage partnerships, and serve as the face of our company. - You will be a critical part of building B2B/C2C partnerships with local shops (mom-and-pop, warehouse, surf shop, market, etc.)
- Email and cold call potential partners
- Pitch, sign and onboard partners to the platform
- Have the wherewithal to continue, and progress contacts, in the future
Key Qualifications:
- 1+ year of sales experience, experience with full cycle sales, pitching and closing
- 1+ year of customer facing experience
- Prospecting and cold calling experience (this resource be making 20-50 calls p/day)
- Computer skills are optional, platform is easy to learn
- Demonstrated initiative and follow-through skills
- Is a problem solver who can easily respond to multiple diverse and shifting challenges while meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- Willingness and interest in learning new skills and growing with the team
- Works hard but always maintains positive and upbeat attitude, genuinely enjoys being part of a team
- Open to being coached, can take constructive feedback positively but also asks for feedback and wants to grow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Spanish bilingual is an asset
