What We're Looking For:

Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in membership and package sales within the beauty & wellness industry.

• Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives remotely.
• Passion for Beauty and Wellness: A genuine interest in our specialized services and a commitment to promoting relaxation and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and secure appointments
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive sales strategies
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
