Remote Registered Nurse
(In a Customer Service Representative Setting)

American Customer Care/Premiere Response is currently hiring professionals to work with our Consumer Products Client.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Support consumer contacts with a focus on those alleging illness, injury, adverse reaction or similarly related claims
- Maintain a working knowledge of client products, services, and SOPs
- Enter information into specific Customer Relations Management (CRM) Software while maintaining dialogue with a consumer
- Track handling and follow up contacts of escalated matters per client protocols; perform follow up activities as required
- Resolve escalated contacts to consumer and client satisfaction
- Identify potential safety concerns using tools provided and alert client
- Screen high priority or trigger word contacts based on Regulatory and Quality needs and alert appropriate team members as dictated by client protocols
- Communicate and coordinate with client Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Legal teams regarding the management of high priority cases
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Attention to detail as evidenced by concise documentation
- Demonstrated success in problem solving and diffusing difficult callers
- Ability to navigate multiple systems (CRM Software, ACD System, Email and Web Browser) while actively listening and entering information
- Knowledge of program specific material
- Ability to search databases to locate specific information
- Strong organizational skills related to case management
OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
- May be required to work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer contact channels (email, telephone, etc.)
- Represent our client in a professional and positive manner
- Handle numerous customer complaints promptly, accurately and efficiently
- Bilingual skills (French or Spanish) not required but a plus
Requirements Include
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- College Degree
- Experience operating PCs to Type, Navigate the Internet, Search Databases, etc.
- Experience in an environment in which customer interaction is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish and/or French needed also)
TRAINING
- Product training(Understanding of our clients’ range of products, ingredients, application, adverse effects, etc.)
- Systems training (How to use CRM and ACD Tools)
- On-the-job training(Frequently Asked Questions, Job shadowing, etc.)
