Remote Psychotherapist (Pennsylvania)

Duties:
- Provide psychotherapy services to clients within a mostly BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ population, including individual, group, couples and family counseling sessions
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Utilize individualized and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their treatment goals
- Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of psychotherapy

Requirements:
- Minimum Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Valid licensure as a psychotherapist in the State of Pennsylvania (i.e. LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Experience in crisis management and crisis intervention techniques
- Specialization or experience trauma or behavioral health is preferred
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients of all ages
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
