Minimum Qualifications
- You are a board certified PMHNP
- Licensed in AZ
- Have a valid DEA number
- Interested in a full-time or part-time contract position
- 1-3+ years of experience
- Malpractice Insurance
- Have a collaborating physician or are willing to obtain one
- Please note all of the above information will need to be verified prior to your introductory call with Grow Therapy.
