Remote Political Fund Raising Representative

As a Remote/Virtual Call Center Political Fundraising Representative you will be responsible for reaching out to new and previous donors to gain donations to help support various political campaigns. This is the perfect position for a goal oriented, sales driven individual. This position includes base pay, attendance bonus plus commission bonus. Work from the comfort of your own living space with no commute, dress code or packing/buying your lunch or dinner.

This is a SALES position, good fits are Outbound Sales, Collections and Outbound Lead Generation experience.

This position is classified as an Independent Contractor (1099).

Essential Job Functions:

• Make outbound phone calls
• Persuade new and past donors to support by donating via a credit/debit card
• Overcome various objections by rebuttaling
• Gather information on system
• Build a professional rapport with donors and team members

Qualifications:

• Must be able to speak English
• Must be able to proficiently read and type
• Must have previous Sales experience
• Must be proficient at navigating a computer
• Must have excellent sales skills
• Must have excellent customer service skills

Equipment Requirement (candidate is responsible)

• Must have laptop/computer and meet Internet Speed Requirements (Windows 10 or higher - Macbook works as well (no chrome books)
• Must have internal camera/external webcam
• Must have a USB headset

Interview Requirement

• Note: If selected, all interviews will be conducted via zoom, and candidate must be at their designated work-space using their hardware, internal camera/external webcam and USB headset.

Other Requirements

• Must have a designated work-space free of distraction and background noise

The schedule for this position is 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM CST.
