We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Your role will involve conducting patient assessments, diagnosing illnesses and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in triage, patient assessment, and case management.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Order laboratory tests, fill out order form and write chart/progress notes.
- Interpret and explain results to patients
- Provide education and counseling to patients
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Colorado
- Credentialed with Colorado Medicaid
- Experience in billing for Colorado Medicaid as a Nurse Practitioner for patient visits is preferred
- Experience in ordering genetic tests/counseling, covid tests or any lab tests is preferred
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the appropriate specialty area (e.g., Family Practice or Internal Medicine)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $105,463.29 - $127,009.55 per year
