Our Billing Specialist & Administrative Assistant will support the team in these areas:

• Ensure all new patients have provided their complete insurance and payment information as well as clinical new patient documentation
• Accurately invoice patients for services
• Verify patient insurance coverage/eligibility
• Report directly to the billing manager
• Resolve missing, denied, rejected, etc. insurance claims
• Coordinate directly with patients as well as insurance companies
• Find and correct payment inconsistencies and errors
• Track insurance payments
• Other administrative duties that align with RL’s Mission

This position part time, 10-15 hours/week starting out with room to grow. Starting pay ranges from $20-23/hour based on experience.
