Position Overview
We're excited to offer the opportunity to become a Remote Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent for our client. This role is ideal for those eager to help clients navigate the intricacies of Health Insurance enrollment, with a focus on the Affordable Care Act (ACA). We welcome both enthusiastic learners and experienced professionals to join our remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully complete a minimum of 15 daily enrollments, maintaining a 33% conversation ratio.
- Earn attractive bonuses for surpassing 100 weekly enrollments.
Shift Hours
- Choose from flexible shifts: 8am - 4pm EST or 11am - 7pm EST.
Requirements
- Required Health Insurance licenses in FL, GA, TX, SC (including Home State License).
- FFM certification.
- Dependable remote work setup: laptop, headset, and a recommended extra monitor (34 inch+).
- High-speed Internet connection (20-30 Mbps or better).
Commission and Bonus Structure
- Earn according to enrollments:
- 0-100: $15 each
- 100-150: $18 each
- 151-174: $20 each
- 175+: $22 each
Base Salary
- $2000 monthly.
